Unfortunately, there is no Poor-Poor option. I would hardly say anything about my experience at this place was "fair". First let me start by saying I like the signs everywhere that you printed out that say "NO REFUND". I assume you put them all over the place because once anyone with a sense of smell walked in; they would turn around and walk out. After spending 8 a ticket, I figured maybe I can get past the horrible odor. I could go on all day about this place and its flaws but I will skip to walking into the screening room. I have never in my life had to wait for a movie. I have been to the palace and other places and never had the movie "run late". So, remember that horrible odor I mentioned? I thought it could not get any worse but I was wrong. It was even stronger for some reason in the actual screening area. Bad enough the seats were dirty, but I was so uncomfortable I left after 20 long forced minutes. The smell of feet, body odor and despair was overwhelming. Oh, along with the great cover up smell of musk! WHO USES MUSK SCENTED ANYTHING? Gross. Seriously, just really gross. Clean the place a little! I hope that people read this and do not entertain the thought of going here. Thank me later.

I remember when this theater opened. Independence Day was the first movie played here and the place was packed. But too many hurricanes later the place is now showing its age. But you if want to see a movie and not pay a high price you can go here. At least until the new Kenner theater complex opens. Then I understand this one is to go.

Save your money. Management doesn't care what your experience is. They refuse to answer or return any calls. Yes you Mr. Vishu. I was a regular customer but no more. The ac works sometimes, the projector breaks often. The management is kids not adults and run the place as same. If a movie is running late the customers should be told . Not left to enter and catch the last 15 minutes of the movie that was paid to see. Then refused to give a refund. You will not see me at your theater again.

Cheap and close..kenner and the parish screwed these owners when the wanted to redue the theatre....they let the theatre magnet who bribed ex Mayor Nagin build his mega theatre..shame..they tried hard to make it work..
