The first time I visit this place. I liked that they have they own parking lot. The store is pretty big. The have a lot of sections for every musician needs! In my personal opinion I love the piano section 'cause I play the piano. They have very affordable praises and also you can find the most expensive items for best quality, obviously, well worth it. They have sign and guidelines to follow due to the pandemic. The staff is nice. The guy with the black nails (sorry, I didn't ask his name) he was very attentive and showed interest on you, if you had questions! Cool!.
Y'all ask for Josh. Despite it being covid, he helped me navigate through the endless loop of picking a guitar in an environment that felt safe. This guy really executed great customer service with a touch of hospitality. Thanks man.
Took my guitar in for tune up. Jeff in repair a really nice guy and knowledgeable. Guitar center is always first rate.
Great shop, but it can be difficult to find an associate to assist you. I had a great experience with the associates in the vintage guitar section. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a not so great experience in the drum section. I had questions about potentially fixing an electric drum pedal...and I was told that no questions could be answered without bringing the pedal in to see whether it could be fixed. I returned with the pedal, and a different associate told me they don't even look at electric drum pedals and that my best bet was to just buy a whole new electric drum kit.
