Excellent service. Vicky, at the front desk is very professional. My mother was fitted for a back brace, and the technician who saw my mother was outstandingly professional and very informative. They seem to enjoy their jobs and, it makes patients feel as though they enjoy providing service to them. You leave feeling better than when you came. Please keep up the good work and stay encouraged. God be with you all, an bless you for the respect given to my mother!

Worst place ever : the front desk people is unprofessional and rude they always reply that they do not know anything, so they should not be there. Place is a mess . You will be stuck there for hours before someone sees you , doesn’t matter the schedule. Last time I was there the place was smelling bad . Find another location if you have to continue with the company or so yourself a favor a find another place!!!! When employees will understand that customer service in key for today’s businesses. You want to complain go directly to supervisor

My father has been suffering with a poorly fitted prosthetic leg from another clinic for seven years. We went to see Jesse Mitrani for a second opinion and consult. What a difference in customer service! Mr. Mitrani took his time to explain everything in detail and made a very thorough assessment of the current prosthesis. He even made some adjustments that enabled my father to walk better and more comfortably right away. He spent more time and attention than any of my father’s previous doctors and prosthetists have ever done. He was compassionate and knowledgeable and we were so impressed and pleased.

I have been an upper limb amputee for over 35 years. As you can imagine, over the course of this time, I have used many prosthetics labs.I have alway had great experiences with the labs I used in the past.I was a satisfied customer of Hanger in South Miami for many years until they closed. At this point, I decided to use Hanger of Hollywood. I must say, I am very disappointed with the quality of service I received. This Hanger location is horribly mismanaged and their incompetence is only exceeded by their rudeness and lack of empathy for their clients. I've had to wait for weeks for basic supplies due to their constant screw ups. My insurance adjuster and I have had to constantly call to straighten out errors made by one of their staff members named Maria.When calling to address these errors, some of the other staff members as well as Maria are just plain rude and show a total lack of concern. In the past, they have even sent me the wrong items after having me wait a unreasonable amount of time to receive them. Thankfully, I'm not in need of a new prosthesis because I can't even imagine the issues I'd have with something as important as that. It seems every time I use this location there is some kind of problem. Both my insurance adjuster and I have been increasingly frustrated when dealing with this location. Needless to say, I am taking my business elsewhere. People with disabilities deserve quality care and service just as much as anyone else. I believe their lack of care and professionalism is seriously jeopardizing Hanger's reputation for quality and service. Believe me, I have read some of the other less than stellar reviews online regarding this location. A company is only as good as the staff they hire to represent them. This location is failing miserably. Chris
