The Plant Guy (and his team) have been absolutely fabulous to work with! I have a small condo property--but my goodness!--did M. have an incredible vision for my space(s) and bring them to life! The Plant Guy designed my entire outdoor patio space, front entry, and interior space and I could not be happier with my investment. He truly brought the space to life and accommodated every little thing I asked for. Furthermore, the service his team has provided--long since delivery/install (6 months )--has been five star and top notch. To give you an example, I walked into his store three months after delivery with a pic of a plant that wasn't doing so well and he was HORRIFIED and literally fixed it that day. He takes so much pride in what he does, and his service is impeccable. I recommend The Plant Guy to quite literally everyone I meet. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate M. & R., and their team. They're the best!

My girlfriend got me a Pilea planted in a beautiful planter as a gift but she received very inaccurate care tips from your Aventura store employees, and the planter lacked a drainage hole so water gets trapped in the bottom of my planter which is causing the plants leaves to fall off everyday probably due to root rot. I’ve had the plant for not even 2 weeks and 1-2 leaves fall off everyday. I finally bought a new cheap planter with drainage which is going to make my gift look less beautiful because it didn’t have a drainage hole. This gift is quite expensive and it should at least have a proper design so I don’t have to put the extra effort to replant my Pilea and stress the plant more. On top of this when we reached out to customer service we received a very rude and pretension email response back after a very polite message explaining the issue with my plant. I dropped in and spoke to Matthew today, he was very friendly & informative. This was my first time ever there & brought some pictures of my plant that was not doing so well. He gave me a suggestion on what to do for my plant & why my plant was doing well. Again, took the time out to help me. Beautiful work all over the shop, I would definitely go back & recommend The Plant Guy!
