We rented from Kayak Jacks on Sat. Feb 27 embarking from Robinson Preserve in Bradenton Fl. At the last minute the size of our party shrank due to COVID exposure. Kayak Jacks understood any allowed us to modify our reservation. For that we will be forever grateful. Grateful customers are repeat customers. Look forward to our next adventure.

We had a fabulous time. They gave us new paddleboards to paddle on. The weather was a bit windy but the 11’4” boards were stable and comfortable to navigate even through the mangrove tunnels. We highly recommend!!!

We rented 2 tandem kayaks to use at Robinson preserve. They were there even before the time we agreed. They explained us very well the paths in the park and gave us a printed map. Great service!

Had a great time kayaking in Robinson Preserve with two friends who were visiting from Cincinnati, Ohio. Cody, who my husband and I see almost every day when walking our dog through the preserve, was very gracious and helpful. He gave us a map and reviewed everything with us so we felt comfortable during our first time kayaking. We launched at 10:00 and took a packed lunch to enjoy at the bay where picnic tables were available. When returning around 2:00, Cody was there to help us in. He thanked us more than once for our business. This was a great experience to especially share with friends and family who come to visit. We will definitely use Kayak Jack again!
