The techs know exactly what's needed and their field notes are great. I have ALL of my equipment, Cat and Non-Cat, serviced by Holt Cat in Irving. The technicians are very professional and they are great with phone and email responses to keep me updated on the status of the work.
HOLT CAT Industrial Engine & Generator Irving services other makes of generators Holt Cat's Irving Commercial Engine caterpillar shop provided great service when we had our Kohler generator load bank tested. The technician did an excellent job and Danielle was very helpful in keeping me informed by communicating the progress of the service.
