I have been working for Home Helpers for over 5yrs, met some amazing people during this time. The owner is very caring and compassionate towards the clients and caregivers. Looking forward to many more years working for such a great company.
Pay rate is great but once you get to the office you can tell immediately that your not going to want to work for them long at all. As an employee my work NEED'S were not meet, there main concern I felt was the clients happiness, and there happiness only not the both of us.
They care about their clients happiness. They pay their employees well, too, from what I hear.
