Staff was very friendly and accommodating! We came after school and they saw us very quickly -nurse Mel was very thorough and had an amazing attitude. My daughter was tired and didn’t feel well and she made all the testing quick and easy! Had a wonderful experience-we were in and out of there within an hour and back at home before we knew it. The PA we saw was also very thorough -will definitely go back again!

Just want to say this place was amazing. We were here out of town for a softball tournament and my daughter sustained an injury. They were recommended by a local friend and the care was great. They got us in, performed the X-ray and provided care in a timely fashion and everyone was so nice and caring. Definitely would recommend.
The nurses and doctors were so kind, which is why I gave more than one star. However, I strongly believe you need a new receptionist or that your current one needs a change in her attitude. I’m never coming back again because I prefer to not be treated the way she treated me today.
Waiting Room: Given the pandemic, the waiting room was full. I was glad that the waiting room seats were clearly demarcated so that nobody sat too close to each other and there was adequate social distancing. The Wait: even though there were a lot of people in line, it moved relatively fast for a small operation. I think it took me about 45 minutes from walking in the clinic to getting looked at and checked out. The Staff: the nurse and the PA were cordial, efficient, and fast. They explained whatever tests were being done before they did anything. They also talked about post-discharge care, results, etc.
I had a great experience here and wouldn't hesitate to return. The ladies on the front desk were so friendly and welcoming, and both the doctor and nurse were thorough and took the time to ensure that my questions were answered and my needs met. The doctor had wonderful bedside manner and seemed to really love her job; I appreciate that she took the time to explain everything (compared to some other doctors who simply write you a script and rush you out the door) and made me feel included in my care.
