Absolutely ZERO stars. Made a reservation weeks ago only to be contacted via text message (totally unprofessional) the DAY OF the luau we booked to be told that it wasn’t actually happening. Now we are left in Hawaii with no luau and every other luau is booked. They had no problem taking my money when apparently they weren’t even planning to hold the luau at all. Waiting for a refund....my best advice: don’t trust this place and book anywhere else but here.

My wife and me really got a good time celebrating our 16 years anniversary there. You can get 3 free drinks one welcome drink and more 2 when you get your seat, it’s amazing. They ofer a great local fresh food with a lots of salad, vegetables, rice 2 kind of meat, sauce and more. The attraction and the show was very intense and wonderful with a little hula-hula dance class on the first minutes of the show. They made more than 8 different show included fire-show attraction. Everything was amazing organized and pleasant.

Such a fun night. Start off with cocktail on arrival. Little stations set up where you can learn how to play the ukulele and other instruments used in the show, make a lei, weave a leaf headband, and learn some dance moves. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Stay away from making reservations at this place. Had to cancel and was well within cancellation policy (over 30 days prior), was due a refund and 35 days later they still owe me over 1k. Very unprofessional as when I call the manager is never “available” or there is “no one in the accounting department available.” stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

Really enjoyable. Beautiful sunset. Nice show. Enjoy the dances from the different Polynesian islands. The food was really good. The staff was nice and friendly.

My wife and I went to this luau for our 25th wedding anniversary. I will start with the good. The food was very good. The performers and hosts were top notch. However there was a lot of bad here as well. The gates opened later than scheduled allowing less time for the aquarium and the cultural parts before the entertainment. It was so late in fact that my wife and I were unable to do anything but grab a drink and sit down because the entertainment was already starting. Luau did not follow the itinerary as posted when we purchased tickets. Nothing like getting there 30 minutes before it starts to register as suggested and getting let in 45 minutes later and seeing people who clearly registered after and didn't wait in line get in before you. Go for the food and entertainment. This luau is not a great overall experience as advertised.

It was nice, loved all the fresh flowers for the activities. The food was decent I wish there were more fish options. My meat eating friends loved the pork. The drinks were good, bartenders were great. Loved the different "stations" that allowed us to make our own leis & head gear made of palm leaves. The walk through of the aquarium was a nice touch. Don't forget to check for & buy your photo(s) at the end of the evening. Aloha

It did not look like much when i first arrived, but once seated at my table I was treated as if I was Polynesian Royalty. The food was delicious, and the entertainment took a lighter sided presentation of a beautiful Culture. It was worth the money. . . . . I am not certain if I am permitted to upload video of their presentations, but when they filled the stage, it was very enjoyable.
