Arthur is the bomb.com. He fixed my phone quick. He also took the initiative to repair 2 other issues with my speaker and vibrate at no charge when he had my screen for replacement. Really nice guy and smart. I will absolutely come back...that is the best customer service I have received in a long time! Impressed!

It was a horrible experience, I went in with a cracked screen on a coral galaxy S10e and left with a black phone that the back was cracked on and it had 1 coral button. The manager told me they didnt carry coral and that they could order me another piece for the back but that I was responsible for paying them for the screen replacement work that they had done but it didnt matter that I did not receive my phone back in the same condition I had brought in. I was told when I dropped my phone off that it would 200 but when I went to pick it up they tried to charge me 250. They did drop it back down but this was the worst experience I have ever experienced in a business. The attached pictures of the back of the shell to my phone and what it looked like when they gave it back to me along with the broken back on the supposedly fixed phone. There were no cracks on the backside of my phone when I took it in, it was the screen that was cracked. Nobody even called me to let me know what was going on, they were supposed to call me when it was ready, I patiently waited until after the time they told me it would be ready before calling to check on it. When I called about it I was told it was working so you can imagine the shock I was in when they handed me a black cracked phone.

He made sure I had the correct screen protector even though I didn't buy it at that store. He even offered to put it on my phone before we found out it was the wrong one. He even did a split payment with my credit card and debit card. Great service.

The young man that I first spoke with at the Hoover location was so very professional and courteous. I later spoke to Carvin who did the screen replacement on my iPad, again very professional and courteous. I would recommend anyone go here...don't even think about another repair shop. These guys are GREAT!!!!! The repair was speedy and more than reasonable. The shop is very well laid out with products and prices and extra clean. So glad I found them, will definitely tell all my friends. Other businesses could take a clue from these young men. As a matter of fact they should be cloned. Wonderful experience and terribly greatful for Carvin replacing my iPad screen.
