Called this company when my well pump went out. They came right out that day and got the job done and my family back with water in a couple of hours. I had another company look at it (whom I won't mention here) who quoted me double what Mid Hudson Pump charged me to replace my pump. The gentleman who came were courteous and explained everything I needed to do after they left. Definitely will call them again if I need them.

We had no water coming into house and called this company. They sent two men Kyce and Scott who spent over 1 hour inspecting and subsequently giving an estimate of 3300 plus 2400 labor to replace pump, pipe, and wire My husband felt strongly that this was heavily padded so we paid for service call and sent them away We decided to call original pump installer and through him connected to John at Sterling in Hyde Park He inspected and said just pump was needed His estimate 1900 incl labor. He completed job in few hours and said he would send bill but it would be less than estimate. MidHudson looking to rip off their customers.
I called Mid-Hudson on a Saturday because there was a lot of water on my basement floor and I suspected the water tank. Scott, who was on call, asked a series of pointed questions, asked if I could text photos, and was easily reachable to address concerns. Scott and Kyle arrived Sunday morning with a replacement tank at the ready. Great guys and total pros. Thanks for coming through in my emergency!
