I was looking to have a personalized name plate added to a item for an event I called a couple of places and no one answered the phone. I called Rita and got voice mail I left a message explaining I needed a name plate for a item and the event was in 3 days. I prayed that she would call me back and less than 5 minutes later she did! I took this as a sign that she was the perfect per the job. I understood the odds of getting thing engraved that close to the date would be difficult. I was prepared to pay a bit extra for a rush job. Rita said bring it on by it will take about a hour or so. Since it was snowing and I left work later in the evening I left the item with her. She asked me if I had any special font. I trusted her expertise and left that up to her. Rita surprised me the engraving was ready about a hour after I dropped it off! I will work with Rita for all my engraving needs in the future. She is a expert in her field, she delivers fast and you will be treated like family. Also her prices for the quality of work are outstanding! I wish I could give her 10 stars she made my day!
