Tyler went out of his way to help us during a busy day, no appointment. He quickly understood where we were in the shopping process so he wasn't too pushy. Made sure we knew important details and things to pay attention too. Everyone else I worked with was so pleasant through the purchasing process. This is my first new car purchase, though I've tagged along for others and this was my best experience yet. My wife really enjoyed the process as it was easy and laid out. Would highly recommend and recommend Tyler.

I purchased a vehicle from here and have been in for numerous service appointments. They’ve always acted professionally. Any service appointment also includes a complimentary car wash with undercarriage cleaning. If your visit requires a stay of any length, they have a clean waiting area with free snacks and beverages and a separate play area for children.

Love getting my Honda serviced here! Great waiting room, except the cookies and treats are on vacation. There was still coffee, though. Very prompt and I got my car back (washed!) sooner than I even expected.

Can’t trust the service department here!! I brought in my Honda Pilot with a nail in the rear tire. I was told it was not repairable and I would need 4 new tires since replacing only one doesn’t work on an all wheel drive vehicle. I told them I would take the car to Costco since that’s where I bought the tires and they are still under warranty. The Costco tire service person looked at the tire and immediately said it was easily repairable!! Honda was trying to sell me 4 new tires that did not need to be replaced. Never going here again for service! This place can not be trusted.
