We are very happy with our hot tub purchase. (Flair). Bill Brown was super friendly and patient with us and helped us find what we wanted for us and our space. Definitely recommend working with him. The installers (Will, Dillon, and Greg) were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had researched many places to purchase our hot tub and planned on visiting them all, but decided quickly on Hot Spring Spas of Des Moines after the GREAT visit we had will Bill.

When COVID hit, our Caribbean Vacation Cruise was canceled. Our family was bummed out, so we decided to invest our money into something that would last longer than a weeklong cruise. Bill Brown at Hot Spring Spas of Des Moines helped us make a wonderful investment. He guided us in converting our own backyard into a COVID-staycation that will keep us entertained way longer than a cruise! Bill did a great job directing our selection of a hot tub that would accommodate our family and friends perfectly. He also helped us find colors that would blend beautifully with our home. Additionally, the setup team was very personable, patient, and answered all of our maintenance questions with easy-to-follow steps. We find ourselves using our hot tub at least four days a week. It's a great refuge from work, screens, & media and is the perfect place for quality conversations, much needed relaxation, and muscle recovery. We are more than pleased with our purchase and the Hot Springs Team!
We are stoked about our new hot tub! Will and his crew were absolutely wonderful. We were not quite prepared when our tub was delivered but they were more than willing to come back a few days later to get it all set up and teach us about upkeep etc. Will was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I noticed he was very kind/patient when instructing the other workers and was respectful of our property. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks again!
I absolutely love my new spa. Have been in it every night,& my sleep has also improved, very relaxing.The guys that set it up filled it,, added the salt & everything my levels have been perfect. Randy my salesperson was very knowledgeable & very helpful. Best purchase ever.
In 1994 searching out the "Top of Line" HotTubs available, my wife and I decided there was not comparison to the Hot springs Spa Brand and working with (Back then) Chuck, purchased the Hi-Life model. We had it rebuilt once early on in 2000, and other than a new cover, was working in top shape as we speak. Visited with Les Davis about a new cover and he asked, should he have it shipped to the house. I said first, lets see whats available today from Hot springs. I've known Les over the years and discussions were always polite, professional, and never "Hard Sell". Les showed Janice and I the available tubs and after a short discussion made a decision to forgo the top and redo everything. As so many have stated, Les is totally professional, personable, and his integrity is above question. A true gentlemen. Purchased on Monday last and installed on yesterday (Thursday) by the Exceptional Service Dept. removing our old tub, all within 2 hours. Never a question with anyone in the organization I have know for 24 years. When looking for new products, I am always reminded of researching parent operations. Those of you who, in my time, back in the mid 1900's that remember the "Watkins Man" and knowing that Hot Springs Spa's is part of that Watkins organization today, eliminates most, if not all, questions about QUALITY , and assures one that there is no other choice. Smoothest hot tub spa installation ever! Mike and his crew couldn’t have been more courteous or professional. Our salesman, Les Davis was great to work with. We were able to do everything over the phone! It helped that this is third Hot Tub from them, replacing one that lasted 16 years! The spa looks even better than it did in the photographs, and fits our spot like a glove. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks!
Extremely happy with the hot tub itself as well as the service Hot Spring Spas provides. Les Davis was my salesman and great to work with. I was a little confused on which chemicals to use and when to maintain the spa, but Bill Brown was very helpful at clearing up any questions I had and making it a simple process.
Very impressed with everything! Talking to Les and hearing his experience and knowledge was reassuring as we made our decision to purchase. They called and scheduled the delivery a week out, which was nice to finish the electrical work. The delivery crew was great! The delivery guys were professional, considerate, and a blast to talk/listen to! They even put up with us asking dumb questions.
