Adam Thorup is the best. He is always there for us every time we need help. It was 11:45 pm tonight and I reached out for help pairing my remote to the spa. I texted Adam and was sure he would answer me in the morning. But no. He sent me instructions at that time of night and helped me to get everything squared away. Please give this man a raise. He surely deserves it.

We love our Hot Springs Spa! The staff in Franklin worked with us through the whole buying experience and answered all our questions. They were easy to work with on a couple of reschedules due to construction delays without any complaints. The install was professional and they even made a suggestion on the best placement that worked great.
