This is one of the most unique gift shops I have visited. I have been in here more than a few times and the employees have always been so nice and helpful. The manager especially. She favors my favorite cousin so much and I think we got along well right from the start. They create fabulous products in a factory here in town! The soaps and perfumes are made from natural ingredients. These are great for using at home or given as gifts. There's always plenty to sample too while you visit and things change up frequently.

Boyfriend and I went to the soap shop in Eureka Springs and LOVED IT!!! They told us about the one in Hot Springs which was closer to home. We went Jan 29th 2020 and the shop was okay, except for the shopkeeper was wearing a mask made from a see through mesh material. As a healthcare worker it saddens me to see such a disregard to the rules set in place to protect people. The shopkeeper was also just not super friendly, she didn’t welcome us to the store and while checking out we stood in awkward silence. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the soaps are still amazing, I will just be making more trips back to the Eureka location!

Loooovvvveeeeddd this store. It felt very warm and soothing. Decor is great, products look fantastic but I havent tried them yet. They also help local charities and animal shelters with certain product purchases. Costs a little more than bath and body works but the products are of a better quality. Highly recommend. Treat yoself!

I love love love this store, the products are awesome and the staff is exceptional. I got some of the muscle jelly on this visit and it is soothing . I highly recommend the Poppy, Honky-tonk man and XOXO.
