This place is incredible. I texted on a Sunday morning hoping to hear back from someone later in the week about getting a shipment of wood. Three hours later the wood was being delivered to my house. Astoundingly great customer service. Super friendly. Super competent. I never write reviews about anything but this was a phenomenal experience. Highly recommend them.

This is the second time purchasing firewood from HotAssWood. We will be using them for as long as they are business. We use our firewood in a wood stove in the basement. We have tried two other companies in the Hudson valley, one delivered WET wood in the driveway and the other wouldn’t even respond to repeated emails and calls. Big D answered my text within minutes and I had a quote for pickup or delivery in minutes as well. This last time I picked up 2 bags and was out of there in 10 minutes. Wood burns hot, clean, and the best part is the wood is all solid pieces with no bark or partial pieces in the bag. We stack right out of the bag with no mess in my driveway. Can’t say enough good things. Solid company, fair prices, unbeatable service. Look no further if you want good, hot firewood.
Awesome experience. I highly recommend this company. I ordered two cords of firewood and had it delivered to my home. The firewood is awesome and I was treated like a treasured friend.
