The buying experience was pleasant with no pressure. I appreciated Sharlene going over all of the buttons and features on the car after the purchase so I knew how to use it. She even paired my Android phone to the car so I could use that immediately. The car was ready when we arrived to close the sale. The paperwork process was done quickly. We recommend this dealership and Sharlene to anyone looking for a new Buick.

Always a 5 STAR experience. This was the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Beck & Masten Buick GMC South. We would not have returned unless we have always had a great experience. This time was no different. No pressure, easy process and financing. Jenny Andaur went above and beyond to find us the perfect truck for our needs. Helpful, knowledgeable and super nice. We couldn't be happier with the service that she provided. William, who wasn't even our sales person was so attentive to our almost 2 year old granddaughter Aaliyah. Even taking her over to his desk to draw on paper while we did paperwork. Marco in Finance was very professional and provided excellent service. Everyone at Beck & Masten GMC South makes you feel like family. We will definitely be back again next time we are in the market for a vehicle!

I purchased my new Yukon with Ada, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Overall it was a fast process, she made sure I wasn't there waiting for long. *** Please read this review prior to purchasing vehicle or extended warranty*** The reason I’m writing this review is to inform future customers about my experience with Beck & Masten South. I recently purchased a 2020 Sierra in May and decided to also purchase Gap insurance and an extended warranty plan. In all, these 2 items added almost 6000 to my final purchase price. I went into their finance department on June 9, 2020 and cancelled my extended warranty a gentleman named “Mo” in the finance department. I made sure to cancel it within the 30 day grace period without accruing any fees. Weeks passed and nothing happened. I then spoke with another person in the warranty department named Kayla on July 24 and I was assured that she would take care of it. As you can see from the emails, I have yet to receive a phone call or any type of response from anyone at Beck & Masten South. The reason that I am upset about this is because the dealership makes extra money selling gap and warranty plans on their vehicles. Well, when customers decide to cancel any of these items, the dealership then is supposed to refund those fees back to the bank or lien holder and that amount is then applied to your balance owed. As of today, the dealership is still holding on to almost 6000 that I am paying interest to the bank in the form of interest fees. With the economy and everything that is happening around us, this is no way to treat repeat customers. With so many other GMC dealerships in the Houston area that would love to earn your business, they should not treat repeat customers like this. Please take this review into consideration if planning to make a purchase from this dealership as this is no way to make or earn repeat business. And if you read other reviews, there are also some complaints about their service department as well. Somebody from Beck & Masten South needs to remedy this situation ASAP.
