We have used them for over 1 year and they come out quarterly. Recently, they have gone downhill. They came and a few days later, I noticed black ant-like bugs around the office. I called and they told me that they were going to send someone out the next day. The next day came and no one came. I called back and they rescheduled the appointment. No one came to the second appointment either. I called into cancel and they told me that they couldn't cancel commercial accounts and that I would have to talk to a manager. They told me the manager would call me within 24-hours. No one called me back within 24-hours so I called back 2 days later and they finally let me cancel the account. Overall, their policy of satisfaction guaranteed and money-back guarantee is inaccurate.

Always provides great service at our apartment community and when there's a problem they are quick to solve the issue. Their specialist George always comes in with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He represents the company well and is always trying to make us happy by going the extra mile.
