Placed an order online and never received my item. No tracking number or shipping confirmation email was sent. I called to check on the order and apparently the person in charge of orders was not there and would call me back. Never received a phone call back, no email, nothing. I ordered a badge from somewhere else and home I get a refund.

I have been going to their original location in Dallas since 1989. After moving down to the area, I am so glad I finally went to visit the Houston store! Family owned and the service shows this. Outstanding selection of duty related items and C&G will now be my \go to\ location here, just as it was in Dallas! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
