My favorite Cantonese restaurant in Houston. Their 2 lobster special is a bargain @ 23.99, but you do have to order 2 additional dishes. Love their royal princess chicken as well. Everything is authentically Cantonese. Prices are fair for the huge portions they give. Do expect minimal and sometimes curt service though.

Can't go wrong. Good family cooking meals. go here if you want to eat with a bunch of friends and order a lot of food and tight on a budget. It's away from the Chinatown areas so it's not as busy but when you get inside it's always packed.

I would rate zero star if I could - 1) restaurant amenity is pretty old and kind of shabby; 2) the food there is unpalatable, either oily or tasteless; 3) the portion of the food during COVID shrinks much, sometimes only a half of it when compared to before; 4) food is unsanitary sometimes - e.g., my friends and I saw hairs in the dish and we all had diarrhea after eating there; 5) the attitude of their fulltime waiters / waitresses are extremely bad - e.g. yelling at you and others; arrogant, condescending, and very impatient for this job at all - should be fired!; 6) the management of this restaurant has business integrity issues - e.g., be careful as they may always charge you something you did not order, or simply add more tips. And when you catch that, they never admit or are willing to give you any refund for something you should not pay! I am quite surprised they are still open with such bad services and food quality. Shame on them! (There are a lot of other decent Chinese restaurants on Bellaire Blvd and in Sugar land and Katy. You should never go to this Confusions Seafood - the worst ever!)

Very disappointed today. I had called in advance to put in a large order for Christmas Day (today), but was informed to call ON Christmas Day to place my order. When I called in, the lady on the phone informed me they don’t take same day orders on Christmas Day! I try explaining that I was told to call today and she hangs up on me!! The disrespect. I understand there may have been some miscommunication, but at least try and work with me to figure out a solution. I’ve never written a negative review before, but today I just had to after receiving such poor customer service from Confucius.

This restaurant is popular for their seafood so we ordered their special (crab meat soup with asparagus, house special shrimp rolls and jellyfish, Peking duck, baked lobster with black pepper and butter, dungeness crab steamed with fried rice wrapped in lotus leaves, three seafood delicacies, pork chops with roasted pepper salt, steamed chicken with ginger and green onion, steam jade tofu with king mushroom and veggies, steamed fish). We also ordered beef in special sauce, sweet and sour pork, flat noodles with beef, Chinese sausage fried rice, and beef with onions. Most of the food was delicious. It was more than enough food for 14 people. They are also known for their poor service. The staff is not as friendly and accommodating quickly. We had to ask them for more water, repeat our order of hot tea, and one waitress gave away one of our chairs and we had to point it out to her.
