Wonderful experience. Ron is kind and a true professional. I live several hours from the nearest Brazilian Consulate and needed a research visa for Brazil. Even though I am vaccinated I was having a really hard time online because of stringent COVID travel restrictions on the Consulate website, and because consulate websites are horrible in general even under normal conditions. I found Ron’s CTSA among the Visa agencies recommended by the Consulate in Houston. After doing some research I went with CTSA and couldn’t be happier. Ron has been working with the Brazilian Consulate for decades and has a close working relationship with staff and high ranking officials there. He was able to get my Visa within days and send it and all required documents back to me in the mail. I could add several more examples detailing how kind, helpful, and professional Ron was but this is already a long review. In short, I couldn’t more highly recommend him. A big up and five stars for Ron and CTSA!!!

I would give more stars if I could. Ron, the owner, was unbelievably generous with his time and knowledge and spoke to me at length on several different calls even though I could not use his services due to Covid restrictions. He simply wanted to help. If it wasn’t for the detailed information Ron gave me to navigate this process I doubt that I would have my son‘s passport for an upcoming trip. Many thanks
