**edit** Had a face to face chat with the guy after the phone conversation and he seems to have wised up. Ordered items arrived today(Friday) as promised and we did revived a text informing us of the arrival. Hope he keeps up this new attitude with his customers when we come back for replacements. Tells my wife her stuff will arrive in store on a Wednesday and that hell call or text her. Ended having to call them and now it won't arrive till friday. Wouldn't be so bad if he wasn't a smart mouth a hole
