There was nobody staffing the building after I drove in from Cypress for a sign.
Doing great work for the community. Genuinely good people work here for very little and do the most good. Most memorable moment is transforming the HQ into a launch site for hundreds of volunteers for Harvey triage efforts, helping elderly folks muck, clean up their homes, and find the right resources in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey destruction. I consider this place a second home and will work my hardest to support the Harris County Dem Party and get some caring, intelligent individuals elected to public office.
New building a few blocks off Freeway, went there for continuing Legal Education on Voting. Clean and much nicer than having space in an office building. Will go back.
