I have ordered online several times from this company over the past few years and they have been fantastic! Their pricing is much lower compared to the major chain office supply stores. I’ve ordered notary stamps and custom stamps for our office (in both Vietnamese and English). I love the re-order history which lets you go back into the customized stamp without having to do it all over again. I’ve never had any issues with shipping.

The website says the order will ship the next business day \in most cases.\ I paid extra for the 2-3 day shipping. After reading some of the other reviews, I was concerned that my stamp (ordered on 10/22) wouldn't be shipped on time. I hadn't received any shipping confirmation email so I emailed the company on 10/25 and they wrote me back stating my order had been shipped on 10/24 and they provided a tracking number that says my order is expected to be delivered tomorrow (10/26). I am very pleased that my order was shipped quickly. My only complaint is that I didn't receive an email with tracking information when my order was shipped. I would definitely order from them again!
Outstanding customer service I was able to get my order corrected hassle free and within minutes not only did they help me fix my order but they were extensive explaining the whole process thank you leslie!
I had a terrible experience. I placed my order on a Thursday 12/27/18 at 1:00 and the order still has not shipped the following week on Thursday 1/2/19. I called and they pointed me to their website that says \most\ orders ship the next business day. This apparently does not include the day processing time, weekends, any intervening holidays, or whatever else. I called and respectfully expressed my concerns. They are not even willing to upgrade my shipping. I would NEVER order from them again. Update: You can reply to my google review in 19 minutes, but it takes a week to ship my stamp. Nice priorities.
