Exceptional french pastry right in west memorial?! I’m in love! What a gem. I had a autumn quiche (which is a seasonal offering, I understand) loaded with incredible yellow squash and zucchini along with butternut squash. It was decadently flavorful and perfect for this ovo lacto vegetarian. My friend had a raspberry croissant right out of the oven: heaven in a to go box. I’m newly obsessed.

We came here a week or so ago and ordered a crepe, a chocolate almond croissant, two of their huge chocolate chip cookies and this \treasure\ dessert (see pics below of the chocolate mountain that was brought over to us). It was ALL delicious! It totally satisfied our sweet tooth. The people there are super nice and very welcoming. They even have a little play area for my toddler to play in while we waited for our order. I highly recommend stopping by if your ever in the area.

I just discovered this amazing patisserie and am so happy. I love French pastries and bread but hadn't found a decent place in my neighborhood (Memorial), until now. You walk in and you can smell each individual ingredient because everything is always made fresh and with care (I am a home baker, so I know what goes into making these delicacies.) And because they use fresh and high quality ingredients, I was able to treat myself without feeling heavy or weighted down afterwards. I had a delicious slice of quiche for supper and then returned on Saturday for their famed almond croissant, which lived up to its reputation. I can't wait to go back to further explore the menu (good thing I like to work out.) If you're looking for a treat, to remember a trip to Paris, or just want something tasty for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I highly recommend you go visit Julie's French Pastries, you will not be disappointed.
