Food was okay, staff was very kind, but they were definitely short staffed. My appetizer and entree was out in a decent time but it took almost 40 minutes to get dessert. I had seen 3 other people order the same dessert and get it before myself. After reminding staff about 3-4 times I finally got my dessert which was very good but will not be back due to the whole customer service issue. Its sad, this place could do better. Hope the owner takes this review into consideration when making improvements

Pricey and Cold Food I know this place for a long time and it was better and better pricing. The prices were High and it took longer to come. Although,we waited long the food was cold and not cooked well. They already do the tipping calculation for you and you don’t need to bother to put a tip! There was not any extra service that deserved this tip at all. I did not even get my water filled and they still put automatically this tip. What sucks is, there is no where it says you will be added this amount. I know some places automatically charge it if you were over a certain group However we were two adult and two kids and our order was two sets of things. High prices with low quality..
I loved the food. Especially the beef. It was really soft, well spiced (meaning 'sparingly'), and served generously. The chicken was great too. The rice was awesome with it's flavor mixed with small amounts of vermicelli. Under all the meat and rice were potato fries..... weird but welcome on my plate. The atmosphere of the restaurant is tasteful and not tacky like some other middle eastern/Mediterranean restaurants. Ya I'd come back.
The service was good but they will 15% fee for the service. I have tried chicken stew pide and I added cheese in top which I think made it even better. Also I got kunefa which was delicious and fresh
