Ok this is very sad. I been call this location for week and a half and yet no one answers at all. How can you schedule or reschedule an appointment if no one will pick up. I guess I have to call eic corporate office and let them know they suck.

They never answer their phone and today I had an appointment set for 1pm and they were closed when i made it! And they have crazy business hours! But the staff is very nice.... even though they make you wait a long time!

Takes forever to register, if you have more then one kid they don't make it convenient for you to bring all kids to register at one time. Staff stand around and talk a lot

Well, for starters, they’re very inconsiderate. We had an appointment for 1pm. We arrived at 12:45. It took about 20 minutes to be greeted. And then once they passed us up 10 times and came from lunch, they were rude and inconsiderate. I mean, I get it, it’s government assistance so I don’t expect to get that. “Chic-fil-a” experience. But they were talking out loud (no confidentiality) , we waited forever for them to gather paperwork that was sent over hours ago and this is going on all while they’re having miscellaneous conversations about non work related topics. Also, I’m sitting here as one of the employees talk about someone who was on a time crunch (whom was here before us) and she stated “well if she doesn’t have time, that’s her issue.” I shouldn’t even have to hear that. All I’m saying is, plan to spend hours here if it’s mid day. Whether you have an appointment or not. I’m grateful but.... sheeeesh. Treat us and our “time” with respect.
