Rude employees including Linda. They take their time informing you and want to blame you for these long services. They don't like to communicate with you about the process and want you to say that you are the one that's taking long. At the same time Linda is the one that doesn't tell you about the extra fees when you call. Also gave me a hard time telling me that I didn't pay a certain amount and didn't look at her receipt that i paid more, then didn't apologize for it. Very unprofessional environment as they were more worried about watching their TV show instead of attending me. Then try to blame me for prolonging the processes. She charged me more fees then what we discussed in person and does not provide receipt for me, just unprofessional service. Also does not wear mask at her business. Ni pierdas tu tiempo aqui, o tu dinero no te respetan comu algien que quiere darles servicio. Te dicen un precio pero al fin te salen con uno mas grande.
