I just signed up for the service. I'm optimistic I read the EFL correctly and will save a lot of money on my future utility bills. As I was signing up, 300 deposit was required as it said \your credit score is frozen\ or something to that effect. I called and spoke to a friendly and patient representative named Nancy. She walked me through my options which involved sending previous utility bills. In the end, I was able to avoid the deposit. Now the bill watching will begin. Thanks Nancy. I'm hoping for many good future power bills!

I spoke with Zach to inquire about the process of being able to choose an electric provider which is new to me. He thoroughly explained the way it works as well as my options with Southern Federal. I reached out to another company for comparison. After attempting to speak with not one but two different representatives to address my questions, the best choice was clearly Southern Federal. The representatives from the other company were both uninformative, unenthusiastic, and curt. I now see why Southern Federal has such a high rating on Google. The customer service truly is stellar. I even had to call Southern Federal back to change my service date and spoke with Ally and Nancy who were both just as helpful. I think companies often forget customers like to be shown our business is appreciated. I look forward to building a long lasting relationship with Southern Federal and urge you to do the same!

I went without power dang near this entire week and like, I get that is not your fault. However, while I'm freezing in my house along with millions of others, I'm getting daily emails hyping up this energy conservation initiative by offering bill credits to ONLY PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T LOSE POWER. Like, congratulations to all of you who got to stay warm all week, here's 100. Those of you freezing to death that will likely see a major spike when your power comes back because it takes a lot of energy to heat a house from 38 degrees back to 65, just delete this, you don't qualify. Feeling pretty kicked while down by you guys.
