I had a great experience at The Hat Store. Seth and Mr. Verne were extremely knowledgeable and gracious. I bought a hat that will last me a lifetime and the custom fit was perfect! Truly a work of art. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a custom/quality hat.

What a great place!!! I had them order me a hat. I was notified when it came in this week. I caught up with Anthony at the store as he was the one who ordered it for me. He and Cesar also got me a link to order a really 70's retro Feather Hat Band to put on the hat I ordered. When I got there Anthony got with me right up front and showed me the hat, and then went to work on shaping it for me. He really nailed the look of the 70's with an RCA Bullrider shape as a throwback to the 70's!!! It looks like it was a throwback to the Urban Cowboy movie days! While I was there I decided to get a winter felt hat and picked out an American Hat Company Pecan colored hat. Vern shaped this one for me into an Alpine with a George Strait Crease. It is a really nice looking hat and he did a great job, my wife loved it! Realty Great people that work here! Everyone is friendly, and they are all very capable hat shapers! They have many styles to help you pick your shape out up on the back wall. They also carry a large assortment of both straw and felt hats. They also have belts, really nice Silver belt buckle sets, and other items. A nice selection of hat bands to go on your new hat too!!! If your in the market for a new Lid to go on your head, go see the folks at the Hat Store!!!

Really high quality Western and other style hats...like, really nice. Super friendly and helpful staff that took the time to help me pick out a hat. Then the founder, Gary, worked on the shape for about 30 minutes, all the while explaining what he was doing and why. Then he asked if he could hold onto it for another couple hours to get it just right. When I came back to pick it up, he made them bring it to him for a final approval. At 230, I bought one the cheaper hats in the store...but was treated like I bought the most expensive thing in there. I could not have had a better experience.
