After the delivery window was already missed we were contacted by UBM where their quote was clarified as #2 pickets. Being we had already torn down the fence UBM had us over the barrel. We begrudgenly accepted the #2 pickets. The delivery driver showed up and dropped 4 pallets in the street rather than having a piggy back forklift and placed them in the back. This broke multiple 4x4s and bags of concrete which were also stacked atop wet wood which resulted in multiple bags breaking when being picked up. We were not informed we would have to walk 7,000lbs of lumber and Concrete Bags closer to the job site because \UBM is a growing business\ according to the UBM Rep and didn't have a forklift. We experienced a 38% Loss on Pickets having to go buy an addition 300 of the 700 we ordered. UBM did not care, they unloaded pickets they didn't want on an un-suspecting customer after they had leverage by being late before informing us UBM would not receive the pickets back even for free, we had to dispose of them at an approved construction disposal site due to them being absolute garbage and being pressure treated wood you cannot burn them. I would not recommend UBM to any individual that is not a repeat customer where they would care, or large contractor who wouldn't be treated with such unscrupulous business practices. By far my worst experience purchasing construction mateirals.

As far as pricing, they beat everybody else I have checked with. I recommend for all of your roofing supplies as well as other construction materials.
