I've purchased a pretty high number of vehicles over the years and West Point was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had to date. In particular Bill Truman was a phenomenal salesman - super friendly, personable, helpful, and perhaps most importantly, not pushy. He understands that the way to get one's business is by offering help, but avoids overstepping or being pushy, as many dealerships fail to do / recognize. Finance was also a very pleasant experience. Not only was I provided with a reasonable APR % estimate, but they considerably beat it while securing my loan. Talk about service and a quick way to gain one's loyalty - and they now have mine. Kudos, West Point and Bill!
