In November, we were looking to purchase a used Lincoln MKZ hybrid. They were difficult to find around our area therefore we had to search out of state. We already had one deal in California that fell apart and when we had to look elsewhere, I was hesitant. I found the car I wanted at West Point Lincoln and reached out to Mike Bankston. He was helpful, courteous, and honest and he made the whole experience of buying a car in a different state seamless. He was in contact with me during each step in the process and their finance team worked with our credit union to secure the documents they needed to release the car to us. Finally, when my sister and friend flew down to Texas to pick up the car, Mike picked them up at the airport and brought them to the dealership. He had the car ready to go for them to drive back and he took time to show them some of the main features of the car before they left. West Point Lincoln and Mike Bankston were outstanding and we love our new (used) car!

I went in to get my parents car service. What a horrible experience. I was pretty much ignored the whole time. Service department is trash! I end up leaving hoping to find a better Lincoln dealership. I’m guessing this is what you get when you buy a Lincoln. I’ll stick with my Mercedes!
