fair price, clean, skilled climber. They had to clean the canopy of a large tree over a fence, playset and pool. They did so with ease and care. they also left behind no mess. overall great job...highly recommend!

Two large trees were infected with parasites and had to be removed. Brian Hartel's approach is to employ heavy equipment and large crews to get the work done in minimal time, with minimal noise, and a minimal amount of debris. The crew was extremely professional with every man knowing exactly what he was supposed to do. Safety was a paramount consideration. No man's feet ever left the ground. We got an excellent job and give HTS our highest recommendation.
Brian is top notch and very professional. I have 10 pine trees on the side of my property. The branches were hanging over the house and a brand new roof I had installed. Brian returned my email right away and set up a day to come out and give me an estimate. The estimate was very fair to me from others I got, but choose to go with HTS because of Brian and his knowledge. They were backed up a few weeks and with the holidays coming I understood. With winter coming I was worried about snow and branches falling. I figured I would reach out and see when I would be scheduled. Well I got home from work last week and got the mail and saw some sawdust on the mailbox. I thought were did this come from and looked over and saw all the branches had been cut back. If it wasn't for that I would have never even realized that Brian and his crew was there. They had worked all around my Christmas decorations in the yard, not one was disturbed. Brian's team always does a great job while taking good care of my property, which is often more important than the tree service. Never had a complaint in five separate jobs.
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They chipped a stump next to a line of parked cars, most of the cars had their windows open. Sawdust all over the inside and outside of the vehicles and not so much as a word to anyone about closing their windows or moving their cars. Several cars now smell like a lumber yard and now need to be detailed as a direct result. To make matters worse, when one of the office staff ran outside to close his car window, the guy saw him and blew dirt and debris right into his face from 6 feet away, then laughed after he saw how upset the guy was when he had been covered in dirt. Definitely would not recommend. Edit: Apologizing is very quick and easy: I'm sorry. To say that he tried to apologize is an absolute lie. It's a shame businesses like this no longer require their employees to act in a respectful manner.
