Twenty years ago, John A. Alvarez & Sons of Hudson assembled our Ritz-Craft modular home, which was their office model. To this day, we continue to be very happy with the home and their service. We only had one small issue with a bathroom blow-heater fan not working. They came back and fixed it, but it hasn't worked in many years. Not a problem because the bathroom is small and doesn't get cold for some reason, anyway. I suppose it's just a dud- manufacturer's defect and had we mad a big stink about it, they probably would have totally replaced it, but we didnt. Overall, we are still happy with our ew\ home, even 20 years later. Also, our best friends and cousins purchased from J.A. Alvarez, as well, and they've got no major complaints or regrets!
