Such a seamless procedure at WellNow for COVID testing! Appointments fill up quickly so book very early in the morning for same-day testing (you cannot book days out), but after that the process is easy. Fill out and submit insurance and paperwork online, arrive to appointment and wait in car, receive a text to go inside and then almost brought immediately to your exam room. Vitals taken, then tests, then visit from Physician. There was a bit of a wait for Physician because she was the only one on duty when I was there, but everyone was SO friendly and the facilities clean so I didn't really mind! Highly recommend!

The receptionist desk was very professional. The medical staff was supportive and efficient. The entire office was extremely clean and my script was called in immediately. I was treated, picked up my script and home within an hour on February 18, 2021. I put 2 calls into my family doctor and finally got a callback this morning around 8am. So guess where I'll be going next time for a sick visit...Hudson wellcare. Thanks guys!

The office staff was very caring! The nurses answered all my questions. The PA’s took the time to explain all the protocol and were genuinely concerned about my health. I’ve been to the location in Hudson, New York twice. Once was for COVID testing with my husband. We were both impressed with the cleanliness, the efficiency and the courtesy of the entire staff. I had to go back again yesterday for a terrible cough. They took me immediately to a room, I was seen immediately by the PA and he arranged for me to have an x-Ray on site. He diagnosed me with pneumonia and sent me home with prescriptions called in to my pharmacy. I was literally in and out in 40 minutes at most. My experience was the same as last time professionalism and courtesy by the entire staff. I was impressed.
