Found Kevin via web search in 2019. Due to some life changing events the prior year, 2019 was very critical and a pivotal point for me; I became desperate for help, I knew I couldn’t do it on my own. Glanced at his website, and “Injury Rehabilitation” stood out. Looked at his reviews and decided to make the call. After meeting with him, I was a little nerved up about the process and his expectations of me, especially physically. One of the events in 2018, was a major car accident that’s left me with 4 herniated discs-2 mid back-talk about painful; on top of that, I was “well” out of shape. He provided me with a meal plan, I complied. He was awesome in strategically creating a specific plan for me and my needs, to prevent further injury of my back, but still meet my fitness goals. I started losing weight, feeling better, became more confident, and just overall enthused with the results. My back made improvements that never occurred during PT. He is very considerate in learning/knowing each individual’s needs, limitations and overall goals, but yet he pushes you beyond those needs, limitations, and goals into an even greater potential of overall health. He believes YOU can. I didn’t even realize I was moving toward 25lbs weight loss, this guy had my award long before I knew where I was headed. Lastly, he’s very patient. I can easily see how his position can become frustrating, but he still doesn’t minimize doing what’s best, the best HE can. A little over a year later, I’m still here.

In June of 2020, I participated in the PQ30 challenge. I was provided a menu and daily goals that I needed to complete to earn points. I was even added to a Facebook group with other participants of the challenge. I lost 14 pounds. Kevin was amazing!!
