I had the rudest customer service experience. The pretzel I was given was so stale that it wouldn’t bend. When I asked for another they told me it would be about a 7 minute wait. So I paid 1st and told them I’d be back around to get my fresh pretzel. Fast forward 6 minutes. I walked back up to the counter and asked we’re they close? The young lady at the counter had an attitude and said 4 minutes as I watched her coworker put 2 pretzels in the Oven. 5 minutes later the same young lady asks me if I want them plain or salted. Then she hands me 2 dry pretzels with salt all At the bottom of the bag. My girlfriend and I asked for them to oil/butter them. Then that was the end of our interaction. It was long and filled with attitude.

I was overcharged for almond crunch pretzels. The sign clearly says 4.69 or something and I was charged 8! They said the drizzle counted as 2 dipping sauces, I walked away because I didn’t want to argue with this stupid girl but I felt completely cheated I should have gone to Thirstys instead. Will never go here again.

Our granddaughters insisted on get some items here when in the mall. They love them and ask for us to bring more home when we go to the mall. I remember when there was only one pretzel with two flavors not now !

I was given a 3/4 full bag of pretzel bites and when I asked for the bag to be filled like the customer next to me had, I was told sharply that was a full serving. The rudeness of the answer prompted me to ask for a refund (not the infilled bag because I was hungry for the bites) I was sarcastically smiled at and told “have a seat and wait for manager” And... the customer waiting behind me decided not to purchase anything. Shop your stores and see how employees handle problems. THAT is what drives customers away.

Horrible customer service. Trying to charge customers when they “run out” of small size drinks. The cashier said it’s only .30 difference so I told her she could charge me for a small then since I’d only .30 difference. Her manager Claudia Martinez said no because she wanted to over charge me. I would give them zero stars if I could. Also got my order wrong,

Very good pretzels... maybe even better than Annie Anne's and Pretzel Maker... the dough is never hard, the dogs juicy and always fresh. The staff could use some work. Too many phones and conversation; not much customer service. Like interruptions are inevitable to get anything with more than 2 people working. I hate feeling like I'm bothering anyone here. You walk up, immediately apologize and then ask for what you want?PASS! Service industry gets killed for this. Just ask UBER, DOORDASH, GRUBHUB... ETC. I just go elsewhere if I wanna get real service. Only pop over if you don't mind looking for someone slumped over their phone before they realize you're looking for them.

The service here is awful I’ve NEVER been treated like this at any other location I’d suggest management to in and adjust there workers attitude and customer service skills because they suck. Not to mention the food is NEVER fresh and they act like using a coupon is a CRIME. Never Again will I VISIT EVER!!!

Pretzel bites were pretty okayish. But the pretzel place was out of regular pretzels. Also this week was in the mall, how does Google know exactly where I stopped.
