Holly was amazing to work with. They were very responsive and while unfortunately I waited too long on my Russian Visa, they were very honest with that fact and I called around and their times were the same as everyone else but others said to still give it a shot. Holly said that while there was a chance I would make it, the odds of doing so weren't great even if they expedited everything as quick as possible. I would much rather play it safe and I like that they didn't try to upsell me on something so risky. They were however able to get me my passport in record time! I don't know how they do it but they were able to get everything done for me extremely fast. PROTIP for anyone reading this. RENEW YOUR PASSPORT AT LEAST SEVEN MONTHS BEFORE IT EXPIRES. Most countries won't let you in if it expires within 6 months. Live an learn..... If you are caught in a pickle, call these guys ASAP!

Hollie is fantastic. She sends you instructions via email with all the details, and if you follow the directions, you can be in and out in less than 10 minutes. Depending on the service you select, you can have your passport back in as little as 3 to 5 days. I ordered the 7 day service, and it arrived, right on time!
