The folks at Bay Orthopedics were kind and helpful in helping me find cost effective or free ways to remedy or repair the equipment. All staff members I encountered were delightful, caring and professional. Ross was extremely knowledgeable and politely answers even the dumbest questions with a sense of humor and kindness which was really appreciated!!! I have to say how helpful they are. I called inquiring about an item that they do not handle. Instead of them just saying we don’t carry this, the woman I spoke with gave the numbers of suppliers that could help as well as insight into Medicare procedures. That is superior customer service!!
