One of my vehicles (car was parked in a parking lot) was involved in a hit and run late last week. Because there were no cameras around and the driver did not leave any contact information, we had to file a claim through our insurance. Chad and Elizabeth recommended filing a claim using the State Farm mobile app and it was so easy!! We answered a few questions and then uploaded photos of the damage. We filed the claim on Saturday and our claims representative called us on Sunday afternoon to make sure we knew what was happening and review ext steps\. We appreciate the smooth process and timely follow up from both Chad's office and State Farm corporate. Thank you!
