I have never experienced such FRIENDLY service with my auto insurance. I switched to Sam Marshall’s office a few years ago, I was paying a crazy rate due to a poor driving record & was looking to save some money. I remember vividly when Sam picked up my initial call. The guy is FULL of energy. I’d also like to point out that each member of staff at the Huntley location, is beyond the epitome of customer service and eager to help. I have such a great experience each time I call, whether I need to switch bank accounts, hold off a payment, no matter what it is, they are friendly and there is no judgment. It’s a beautiful thing. So is saving literally OVER 200 a month now that I’ve had a policy for a few years. I highly recommend for great customer service and fantastic fast-responsive insurance.

Switched from another company after their rates went up and my agent constantly wanting to sell me more insurance products every time I contacted her. Donnie was phenomenal, very responsive and patient. He couldn't hook me up to meet Aaron Rodgers or Patrick Mahomes, but a great agent nonetheless. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me what I wanted. If you live in Huntley, LITH, Algonquin, crystal lake.... hit them up. Great office with great agents working in it.
