I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with David's Bridal! I ordered a dress online and was not sure if it would fit. I am more top heavy and normally require separates or a larger size for my upper body. However, when I found the dress of my dreams, I ordered it anyways in hopes of making it work. The dress fit everywhere, except my arms. I scheduled an appointment with the alterations manager at David's Bridal, Ms. Hind Alwan. She completely made my dress into everything I wanted it to be and more! She put darts in the sleeves and expanded the arm openings in the dress to fit my arms perfectly! The dress was very complex because it had lining and lace and you literally could not tell that any alterations occurred at all!! Her work was exquisite!! But, even beyond her talent, she took such great care of me throughout the entire process! I've never received customer service on such a high level! The entire staff at David's Bridal in Huntsville, Alabama was so courteous and polite. They really value their customers and give you the best experience possible.

My stylist Marcelia at store #209 was awesome. She was very attentive and helped me with selecting a dress that I loved. I went in not sure of what exactly I wanted and she helped narrow down my options. She was great!!!!
This was one of the best experiences. Everyone was nice and patient! I shopped with Ms. Iris! She was absolutely awesome! Very helpful and she definitely knows how to accessorize! Thank you Ms. Iris!
I absolutely have had the best experience here. I got my dress, and that was a lovely experience. The alterations, however, were where my heart was stolen. Mrs. Just and Mrs. Samira made certain my dress was perfect for me, and even insisted they fix one more thing before I took it home that day. I absolutely will recommend this store, and these wonderful women, time and time again. It's because of their kindness and generosity that I can feel so pretty on my day, and it made my day to even go into alterations and see them. 10/10, I'd recommend. The photo attached is before alterations, and once I have formal pictures done, l attach the altered ones.
