My sister and I both needed a queen bed so we thought we would just browse. We worked with Jenna. She was absolutely awesome and really helped us get the best deal. My sister and I told her the type of beds we were looking for because we both needed different types. She did not rush and was well informed on the product to answer our questions. I’m happy to say we both got our dream beds at an incredible deal. Easiest purchase ever.

Love being able to shop online. Website has good detail, including whether the mattress s in the store. Bought my first mattress with warranty 5 years ago. Filed a claim online due to sagging. Claim process was clear, quick, and easy. Claim was approved. I was able to shop and choose a replacement in the comfort and safety of my home, then place and confirm my warranty fulfillment in person very quickly.
We were looking to upgrade without breaking the bank. The young lady's product knowledge was excellent. She guided us to several beds in our 1000.00 budget. Our purchase qualified for the free adjustable base. Can't wait for it to be delivered!
My wife, Barbara and I went to the Mattress Firm Store in Hurst TX looking for an adjustable bed to help us sleep better. We went into the store and, Jim met us and said hi, and asked if he could help us find something. We told him we were looking for an adjustable bed, and he took the time to show us different models, and he was not intent on selling us the most expensive product available. We decided which bed abs frame we wanted to purchase, and Jim went to work on securing financing for us to purchase the bed that we wanted. We were satisfied with our purchase, got some free products, and received sheets for the bed at a very discounted price. I would highly recommend going to Mattress Firm on Pipeline Rd and I-820 Service Rd in Hurst TX for all of your bed needs. Ask for Jim, abs he will treat you fair, and will work hard to get you what you need.
