Although we've been coming up to Cape Cod for many years, somehow we never found ourselves here, and I'm so glad we did. Gary and his staff couldn't have been nicer, (the reviews that say they were ignored sound fishy to me. they were very attentive) and we were there out of season, after Labor Day. A lot of unique pieces, and good prices. I cannot recommend them more.

I brought my watch in to have the battery replaced about a year and a half ago. The watch in the last 9 months or so has been just stopping with the second hand trying to move but it stayed in the same 2 second area. I brought it to a kiosk in the mall yesterday to find out the problem. They discovered that jewelcraft had not put the rubber gasket in therefor water has been getting in and rusting the components. At jewelcraft they absolutely charged me for a new gasket they never put in. Beware of these cheats. I wouldn't suggest shopping there but definitely do not have things repaired by them

In 2017 my wife and daughter found a Cape Cod bracelet here which they loved. I knew my daughter was growing quickly and told them to wait another year. The salesman spoke up and said they would repair and size the Cape Cod bracelet for free. I explained that she might have more than one growth spurt in the near future, and he assured me that they would size it as much and as often as she needed. I repeated this back to the salesman to confirm, which he did. In 2018 she has grown. The same salesman gladly polished the bracelet, but said we would have to pay to have it sized. I told him of the previous year’s conversation to which he said he had no recollection. I won’t be back

Bought a birthstone cape cod bracelet a few years ago and it broke, I sent it back and it was mailed back all fixed! but then it broke again :/ ... walked in a few weeks ago , told them what happened, within 5 min the women already had sized and gave me a brand new remodeled version of the bracelet, no questions asked! Very satisfied with my experience and will be shopping there again in the future !
