I visited family & friends that are staying here. The amenities are great & very family friendly. They have a variety of activities for the kids & adults. Plenty to do here. I love that the Hyatt obviously has payed attention to making your stay seem as if your at home. But the Hyatt has also payed attention to making your stay a true vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. Although most of their amenities are currently closed due to ongoing renovations, the heated lazy river offered hours of fun and relaxation for the family. We packed our coolers and lounged by the pool ever day, and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. The 2 bed condominium was lovely and we loved the 2 large glass doors that extended out to the balcony. We also enjoyed the on site nature trail and saw many deer and racoons during our stay. Overall a very relaxing time, spent away from the crowds.

Great rooms but lowered score due to their shutting down bar and all restaurants for covid even though other Hyatt 2 minutes away was fully open

Stayed here while we didn’t have electricity due to snow storm. Beautiful place and felt like home. We got the one bed room with a pull out couch. Had washer and dryer in the room. Bathtub was a huge hit with my daughter as well. Very fun place. Staff was great too.

Great resort even during restrictions. Staff members were extremely welcoming the second we stepped in the door. The rooms appear well cleaned. The main pool is closed, however, the lazy river is still open which provides hours of enjoyment. Beautiful nature trail on the property. Great places to hang out around the resort.

Great amenities, had they been open. Lots of renovations happening, no onsite restaurants or bars open. Which in all actuality made it a less expensive trip because we were allowed to bring our own food and drinks to the lazy river. Elsa was great, very helpful. Staff was very friendly.

We had a great stay and excellent service. Outstanding scenery and amenities, grounds are well kept. Rooms were tricky to find but parking was excellent. The place is wheelchair accessible, they had enough parking spots as well as an elevator by the stairs. Rooms and bed were comfortable but they need a revamp. Good prices and great location. Stayed here to be closer to SeaWorld and other local attractions. Be aware of the additional resort fee they charge in addition to your hotel charge. This place is kid friendly, they have a sauna, restaurants, heated pools, and steam room. Great place to stay especially for families with young children.
