Hmmm... So I usually try not to give anything less than 5*... My experience was really a 1* but I like to give the benefit of the doubt. The man was not very welcoming or helpful. Gave me the impression that I needed to come for a very specific thing, rather than just being there for the experience; I didn’t feel welcome to browse. The one thing I knew I wanted was crystals, but they were behind the counter and - again - I had to know exactly what kind I wanted. I’m used to them being out in the open and I’m able to look and feel which ones I want. It felt a little too transactional. Based upon the other reviews it seems that Maggie is great... I’d be willing to go again to see if she’s there the next time.

BUYER'S BE AWARE!! Be careful with your credit card payments this store is known to have connections in Bronx New York City with scammer who are very good at cloning your credit card numbers and sell it on the dark web the man who performs consultations is a Cuban ex-convict who spent many years in a Cuban prison for identity theft, if you have been a victim REPORT THEM TO FINANCIAL CRIMES IMMEDIATELY!!also everything at the store is overpriced, their providers are in New Jersey and their products are poor and cheap quality

Maggie is patient and kind! This was my first step into a Botanica and she knew it LOL. She asked me to wait one moment. The customers she was helping left and she physically walked me around the store and explained EVERYTHING product for product. Not to mention the products from the store have great positive energy. Even though it’s like 40 minutes from me I happily make the trip. Thank you Maggie you are a blessing!

My girl went in there yesterday and didn’t come out that store until over an hour later. Then as we were leaving she insisted on going back for her oracle cards that she didn’t get the first time she went in. She loves authentic places. She is very passionate about her craft and I was happy to see her happy about finding this place. She has already expressed that she is going back there soon.

Was a good store. Boy in the store has an attitude. Got mad because I asked for candles with the wicks in the center not on the side. I thought when you are burning candles those are the candles you are supposed to buy. The candles with the wicks in the center. Wont be back.

I've been going to the store for the last past 6 years I live in Delaware and I come all the way from Delaware because where I live at there's no botanic stores they're very nice and very helpful they speak English and Spanish and they help you whatever you need to get and they're very explainable for you to understand your readings and anything that you need so yes I will recommend this store to anybody Maggie and her husband are the best and take you to the right path that you need in your life everything that they do is legit

She's smart, attentive, spiritual, and polite. Her spouse who does the readings was spot on, his technique was like no other. Trust me, this is the place you're looking for.
