September 11, 2020, Chantilly Hyundai performed an oil change on a vehicle with 3008 miles. While driving on the September 11, 2020 @7:12 pm, warning lights came on the car (mileage was 3037 miles). The car towed to dealership on September 12, 2020 morning. Dealer found NO oil in the vehicle. Then the dealership tries to cover up their mistake. On September 12, 2020, dealer writes in their invoice mileage_in 3010 miles, mileage_out 3011 miles. Later, dealer simply twist facts.

The sales guy (Mark Tehrani) was awesome to work with. Mr. Tehrani was easy going, answered all my questions and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Also, Mr. Han (Director of Finance) was amazing; this guy worked until I received the best rate with the bank and I received a great deal on the best in the business warranty.

The Salesperson we worked with was nice, knowledgeable and willing to show, and let us test drive any car we asked about. The issue came when we went to talk price. They made it seem as though there was no room to haggle, and I know there is always room. Luckily, they aren't the only Hyundai dealer around, so we will still get our car.

I bought my car here and at first I wasn't sure about Hyundais. Then I saw the options they offer and couldn't believe their prices are all pretty cheap. Obviously the more luxury you want the pricier it gets. The staff is great and they even gave me a better deal out the door off the sticker price. I couldn't believe it. If I had the money I would of got one of the g70 or g90 models. Woooow. Sick whips. The best option included is the service on the vehicles. As long as you bring it to them it's really cheap on all service. I think. I'm here now about to find out. Lol
