I absolutely loved this place. Coming from Kansas City was more than worth it. Knowledgeable staff, no games or gimmicks and nothing like the run around with all of the bigger dealerships. Plus the had the exact Jeep I wanted!

The best and pleasant purchase ever!! Being more than an hour away, but no problem and hassle free. They brought the car to my place for the test drive and deliver the car to my house. From start to finish was a pleasant experience. The sale person Nicolas and their staffs were helpful and friendly. No bait and switch like other dealers I've experienced. They cut the chase and seal the deal. Definitely my next car purchase will buy from them.
Lucas and Lee (and the whole Laukemper Motors Dodge family) are amazing. The Laukemper crew have TIME AND AGAIN gone above and beyond any expectation of customer service we've had, and their continued care for their customers long after their vehicle needs are met is exactly why we go back to them again and again. I can't sing their praises highly enough. I can't recommend them highly enough.... and considering that we've gotten 6 cars from them, I think we're pretty well-versed and qualified to make those recommendations. No matter how obscure the desires, how strange the requests, they always go out of their way to get us exactly what we're after. They're due a huge THANK YOU for being so awesome, and if you're in the market for ANYTHING, even if you're just browsing, they're well worth the drive.
From the very beginning Bill from Laukemper Motors was professional, knowledgeable and friendly... he was never “pushy” and responded within minutes if we ever had questions. Once we arrived, everyone from Laukemper showed the same respect and professionalism that Bill had shown for the past week. It was a great experience and we received a great deal! Amazing service department! While on my first road trip with my new (to me) SUV driving home from KC to Omaha, I got a nail in one tire that was losing pressure. I always stop in Mound City because it's about the half-way mark. The people at Laukemper were all so nice and helpful! Benny chatted with me while I waited (they were busy!), and Marc came out to talk to me personally about the repair. Their store is comfortable, clean, and inviting. I also enjoyed their coffee and cold water and charged my phone. THANK YOU everyone at Laukemper!
Quite possibly the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Found my Jeep through an online search tool and called them to check for availability. Being 5 hours away from their dealership, they made the drive worth it by making every effort to give me a great deal we both could accept. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way, even helping to transfer the few things I had from my old Dodge into my new Jeep. I cannot recommend them highly enough for making this a truly enjoyable experience.
These guys saved my life, fixed my tire which put them all there at work late! They were so so sweet and accommodating about everything. Made me feel super blessed! AWESOME.
